![]() | This website is dedicated to my first-time on-line students, who never got out of the classroom, and consequently never saw anything but text. Even though they never complained about it, I decided to set up this...uh...field trip for future students to use. I had a lot of good reasons: (1) The amount of text in our distance course was ( there's no other word for it) unremitting; (2) In every semester, there are students (some of them very talented) who need more review materials than can fit easily into any English 101, online or not; (3) There are always other students who just like to learn and practice more; (4) I wanted to use the html codes I learned in Bob Yavits' Intermediate Web Page Development workshop; and (5) I wanted to have a good time. |
